Categories
Group the products you sell into categories — drinks, snacks, accessories — so the register stays easy to scan at a glance.
Create categories from the Categories page. Each one can carry a glyph icon, which helps cashiers spot the right shelf instantly on the register.
Products
Products are what your team actually sells at the register — drinks, snacks, accessories or anything else in your catalog.
- 1Open the Products page and start a new product.
- 2Give it a name, a price, and assign it to a category.
- 3Set its VAT rate and its starting stock.
- 4Save — the product is now ready to sell.
Once saved, a product appears in the POS catalog panel, where a single tap adds it to the current ticket.
Photos & VAT
Add a photo to a product to turn a plain list into a visual catalog — handy when cashiers need to find items fast during a rush.
Set the product's VAT rate at the same time. It defaults to the center's default rate, but you can override it for any product that's taxed differently.
