Record the suppliers you buy from on the Suppliers page: name and contact details.

You then link purchases to them.

Products can track stock. Each sale at the register decrements the quantity, so you always see what's left.

Low stock is easy to spot.

Log incoming stock as purchases (from a supplier), which raises quantities, and review the sales history to see what's moving.
