Let trusted clients pay later, and settle their tab any time.
Enable credit
Credit — the running tab, or "ardoise" — lets a trusted client leave without paying now and settle later.
It's one of the advanced modules; enable it for your center, then attach it to clients.
Selling on credit
At checkout, charge a ticket "on credit": instead of taking payment now, the amount is added to the client's balance.
- 1Attach the client to the ticket at checkout.
- 2Choose "credit" as the payment method instead of cash or card.
- 3Confirm the ticket — the total is added to the client's credit balance, and no payment is collected now.
Settling the balance
Later the client pays down their balance in cash or card.
A credit settlement is counted in your drawer that day but is not double-counted in revenue, because the sale was already recorded when it happened.
