Floor map

Design your venue — rooms, stations and tables — and run it live.

Rooms

Rooms group your stations and tables. Create them from the Rooms page — a center can have one or more rooms, for example a PC room and a console lounge.

Every station and table belongs to a room, so start there before setting up the floor.

Stations

Stations are your play positions — gaming PCs, consoles (PS5, Xbox), or board-game tables.

  1. 1Open the Stations page and create a station.
  2. 2Give it a name and assign it to a room.
  3. 3Pick a station type, managed from the Station types page.
  4. 4Choose a platform for the station.
  5. 5Assign a pricing grid that sets how its time is billed.
The pricing grid decides the price of play time on that station — set it up before you open for business.

The floor-map editor

Arrange stations and tables visually on a grid. Drag tiles to place them where they sit in your venue.

Add décor items — walls, plants, counters — so the map mirrors your real room. This layout is exactly what your team sees on the register.

Live view

Once configured, the map goes live. Each station shows its real-time status — free, occupied with a running timer, or paused — and each table shows its open ticket.

Cashiers work from this same map on the POS, and updates are real-time as sessions start, pause and end.

It's the same map the cashiers use — configure it once and everyone stays in sync.
