Install the agent

Download and install the VenAdmin agent on each gaming PC. It ships as a Windows installer, runs in the background, and starts automatically with the machine — no need to launch it by hand after setup.

1. 1Download the installer from your VenAdmin dashboard.
2. 2Run it on the gaming PC and follow the prompts.
3. 3Let the installer finish — the agent starts automatically and keeps running in the background.
4. 4Restart the PC if prompted so the agent can register itself to start with Windows.

Pairing to your center

The agent pairs to your center the first time it runs. An unpaired PC shows a setup screen until it is linked to a station, so you'll know at a glance which machines still need attention.

Locking and unlocking

Once paired, the agent locks the PC between sessions and unlocks it automatically as soon as a session starts on that station. Your staff never has to manually lock or unlock a machine — the agent keeps the PC in sync with the station's session state.

Staff PIN

Staff can unlock a locked PC directly from the lock screen using a PIN, without starting a session. Use this for maintenance, troubleshooting or getting a station ready before a client arrives.
