Game sessions

Start, price, pause and stop play sessions — billed by time or flat rate.

Start a session

From the POS floor map, tap a free station to start a session.

  1. 1Tap a free station on the floor map.
  2. 2Optionally attach a client to the session.
  3. 3Pick an offer — a pricing grid or a flat rate.
  4. 4Start the timer: the station turns occupied and begins counting.

How sessions are priced

Sessions are billed in one of two modes. A pricing grid bills elapsed time in tiers — for example a first hour, then per 15 minutes. A flat rate (forfait) charges a fixed price for a fixed duration instead.

You assign a grid to each station, so it's ready as soon as a session starts there. Flat-rate offers are chosen at the moment you start the session. Clients can also pre-buy time with hour packs and spend them on any station.

The game-time VAT rate applies to session and pack lines, separately from the catalog rate.

Live timers & alerts

Every occupied station shows a live timer on the floor map, so cashiers can see remaining or elapsed time at a glance.

When a flat-rate session nears its end, an alert banner warns the cashier so they can extend the time or stop the session before it runs out.

Watch for the alert banner near the end of a flat-rate session — extending it takes one tap and avoids an awkward stop mid-game.

Pause & resume

If a client steps away, pause the session — paused time is not billed. Resume it when they return and the timer picks up where it left off.

Stop & check out

Stop the session to price it and send it to the register. Grid sessions bill the elapsed time; flat-rate sessions bill the package, plus any overage if the client ran over.

The ticket then goes to checkout, where it can be combined with catalog items before payment.
